Treatment assistance is given to members not above Rs. 1000/- towards their application showing the details of payment of medicine bills.
Distribution of essential commodities
- One super market in the Bank”s own building at Cherai is faunctioning, deals with grocery, stationery, crockeries etc., with an annual turnover of Rs.five crore and above.
- Bank operates six consumer stores and one Super market successfully.
- Introduced a mobile consumer store from 1999 onwards meant for home delivery of grocery items.
- Operating two co operative stationery stores.

- Spot sanction for all loans upto Rs. 25000 on the same date of submitting application.
- Issuing loan uptoRs.2000 at 1 % interest rate to all women members who are selling fish without any vehicle facility.
- Issuing Long term loan loans for house construction, house repairs etc.
- Started Library and reading room.
- To motivate the intellectual and extra curricular activities of the staff, bank conducting cultural activities every year.
